How is this ranking worked out?
We put 40 buying questions, worded the way Sydney buyers ask them, to ChatGPT and Gemini. We counted 80 answers. An agency's Market score is the share of answers that name it, weighted toward the questions buyers ask most. Each score has a date, and a range when there's more than one pass.
Why are unclaimed agencies ranked?
Because AI recommends them whether they have signed up or not. Ranking only paying members would tell you nothing about what buyers actually hear.
Can an agency pay to rank higher?
No. No tier, plan or fee enters the formula. Claiming changes what a profile shows, never where it sits.
Why is an agency I know missing?
If AI didn't name them in this read, they sit under "Also listed" below, not at zero. If they aren't listed at all, tell us on the corrections page and we'll add them for the next read.
How does an agency move up?
By becoming easier for AI to find, trust and recommend. RocMode offers the plan and tools, and the next read shows whether it worked.
